Orders

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days inside Egypt, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we deliver within Egypt only. Stay tuned—international shipping is coming soon.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also contact our support team for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
For defective items, the return period is extended to 30 days.

Q: Are there items that can’t be returned or exchanged?
A: Yes. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories or swimwear.

Q: How do I request a return or exchange?
A: Please contact our customer support at +2 0102 777 8480 (Saturday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM) and we’ll guide you through the process.

Q: Who covers the return shipping cost?
A: Return/exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept:

  • Visa / MasterCard
  • Meeza (Egypt)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Max order 10,000 EGP
  • ValU (Installments)
  • Sympl (Pay in 3, interest-free)

Q: Can I pay using installments?
A: Yes! You can choose ValU or Sympl at checkout to pay in installments or split your payment.

Q: What happens if I cancel a prepaid order?
A: If you paid by card, your refund will be processed to the same card within 14 working days. Transaction fees may apply.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: You can find our size guide on each product page. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our support team for help.

Q: What if an item I want is sold out?
A: You can click “Notify Me” on the product page and we’ll alert you as soon as it's back in stock.
