Shipping policy

Delivery is always hassle-free with Femi9 with the following options:

• Delivery to any address in Egypt, except Sinai area.
• For deliveries within Egypt, simply select your city from the destinations drop down menu at the Checkout page to display the available delivery options and charges for your destination.
• We offer delivery within 3-5 business days for Cairo and Alexandria and up to 7 business days for all other locations.
• Delivery time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any delays on our customers.
• During official holidays, 6th of October, Ramadan, Eid and Black Friday and Back to School Season, longer delivery times could be expected.
• When your order consists of items from different brands, we would be delivering them as separate shipments on different dates, depending on the brand and pickup location.
  As our suppliers are based at different locations, sometimes we're unable to collect all the ordered items from every supplier on the same day. Therefore, we deliver these items separately as and when we collect them from the supplies.
• Customer can only open the package once its fully received from the courier and paid for.
• From time-to-time Femi9 runs a free shipping promotion. When Free shipping promotion is available it applies only within Cairo, Giza.
  

         Tracking your order:

• Once your order has left our facility or our vendor's facility, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details and an SMS in case you have entered a valid mobile number. You may also log-in to your Femi9 account and follow your delivery by selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
• Delivery time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted.
• We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays on our customers.
