Return & Exchange Policy
At Femi9 EG, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We proudly comply with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, which grants customers the right to return or exchange products under specific conditions.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange any product within 14 days from the date of delivery for any reason, provided that:

The product is in its original condition and unused

All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

The original receipt is provided
In the event of a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to return or exchange the product within 30 days from the delivery date.
Promotional & Discounted Items – Special Conditions
Products purchased during a promotional offer or at a discounted price may be exchanged for any item available on our online store while the offer is still active, subject to stock availability.
Once the promotional offer has expired, discounted items may only be exchanged under the following conditions:

The product may be exchanged for a different size of the same item at the same price it was originally purchased.

If the customer chooses to exchange for a different item, the exchange will be processed based on the current listed price of the new item at the time of the exchange.

Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

If the new item’s price is lower, the remaining balance will be handled according to this Refund Policy.

A full refund is also available upon the customer’s request, in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Products purchased during promotional campaigns or seasonal sales may also be subject to specific return conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
In line with hygiene standards and Egyptian regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Accessories (e.g., jewelry, scarves)

Swimwear

Any product that shows signs of wear or use

Refund Process
For credit or debit card payments:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be processed in-store after coordinating with our customer support team.
Please note: In case of cancelled orders or returns, payment gateway transaction fees and transfer fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return & Exchange Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for shipping fees related to return or exchange requests unless the item is faulty or the result of an error on our part.
Femi9 reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange.

Returns without original packaging or invoice may not be accepted.

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.
