Return and Exchange Policy

• Return and exchange within 14 days from its delivery date, the product must be in the same condition, not damaged and in its original packaging with the original receipt.
• Return and exchange within 30 days from its delivery date if the product is defected.
• Our return and exchange policy include all the products except: Accessories and swimwear.

• If you paid your order via credit or debit card, you will get your refund back to your credit or debit card within 14 working days.
• Cancelled orders paid via credit or debit cards, transaction fees will be deducted automatically from the total amount.
• Any orders that are paid via Cash on Delivery, then the cash will be refunded through the store after contacting our customer support team.

Return & Exchange Fees:

• The customer will have to cover the shipping fees for the exchange/return orders.
